Our Process

Every part of our process is designed with you in mind. From the initial consultation, where we help you determine exactly what you need, to the final despatch and delivery of your perfectly personalised items.

Our advanced equipment allows you to monitor the progress of your order at every stage. As soon as the order is on our system, you can log on and track it in real-time so you are never left out of the process.

CONSULTATION

We discuss your specific needs and advise you on the most suitable clothing and method of personalisation. When the details of your order have been confirmed, we provide a quotation and full garment specifications.

YOUR ORDER

When we receive your order, we enter it onto our system and send you an order confirmation, along with electronic positional proofs for you to approve. When we receive your approval, your order will go into production.

QUALITY CONTROL

Once your items have been personalised, they go through our stringent quality control process to make sure they are perfect. If they pass with flying colours, they then go through to the packing and finishing stage.

DESPATCH & DELIVERY

Once packed and finished, your items will be despatched via our next day courier. This can be either under plain cover (white-labelled), or even supplied with your custom branded delivery notes.
